Elisabeth Banasik

Dr. Banasik is rude, condescending and pompous. My son came in on a Tuesday to have his braces put on. We left the office at 11:15 a.m. By 2:30 the brackets were coming off of his teeth. I called and they told me to come in the next day at 12:20. She immediately said he must have eaten something he shouldn't have. I explained to her that he had not eaten anything and that they were put on wrong and she completely dismissed what I said. She repeated again he must have eaten something to cause this. I explained to her that in some situations that may be that case, but in this one it is not. She stated again that I was wrong. I told her you don't know everything and she had the temerity to say that she does know everything. She continued to be rude and dismissive and never even apologize for the inconvenience. When the dental assistant was removing the rubber bands the whole top row came off brackets and bar. So it clearly was not glued properly. This is my sons second phase of braces.
