Everything he has done for me has been great! I have some dental anxiety but not here. Dr. Scott and his staff make you feel very comfortable. He's my dentist and I would recommend him to everyone. He will make and keep your teeth looking good. Cheers to dr. Scott

1st appointment to see Dr Scott, complained of tooth pain top molar with old crown, told him previous dentist was going to put a new crown on it. He said there was nothing wrong with itand I had another tooth that was worse so he crowned that one. Fast forward 2 years he had informed me I had a large cavity beneath previous mentioned crown and it would need to be pulled. He went back and looked at previous xray and apologized said he missed seeing it. Tooth could have been saved except for his inattention to detail, as itshowed on 3 previous xrays. So he pulled the tooth, had difficulties broke it into pieces DID NOT XRAY afterwards - 2 weeks went by I was still in pain went back and told them there was pieces of tooth left behind not to mention stitches dangling down whichthey removed. I could feel it with my tongue his assistant checked and said no theres nothing there I said but I can feel it again she said I assure you theres nothing there. Sent me on my way NO XRAYs. Later that same day frustrated I pulled out 3 large pieces of tooth myself 1/8" in size. Fast forward 2 months had my 1st appointment with a NEW Dentist, she immediately referred me to an Oral Surgeon as the wound from previous tooth was not healed and had pus seeping out. Luckily was able to get into see surgeon nextday, his xray revealed large root left in my mouth which was cause of infection. 2 days later had surgery to remove root left in from poor dental work by inept Dentist with no attention to detail. This infection could have been fatal if not caught. The surgery cost me $1500. AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE of a DENTIST DR EDWARD SCOTT.

Dr Scott did a wonderful job with my smile but even more importantly I can eat again. Was going to a dentist in Liberty NC that was all about the money. Switched to Dr Scott in Greensboro and he did the work for nearly half the cost and used a very expensive lab tomanufacture the teeth. I love them!

I had pain and a lower tooth on a Friday and reached out to Dr Scott. He sent in antibiotics and steroids for me on Monday Morning at 8 AM Dr Scott called me and had an appointment time available for 11:15am!! During the visit it was discovered I need a root canal and he took care of it immediately!! I really appreciate the care he showed me!!

Just got home from my appointment with Dr. Scott. I had a toothache and he found it was cracked. I needed a crown, my first, so I was very anxious about it. The whole procedure was so easy and Dr. Scott and his nurse were so nice and compassionate to my needs. I will not hesitate to go back again if needed.

This dental office reminded me of my home growing up. Everyone so friendly and nice like a family reunion. Jennie was awesome

dr scott came in today on the weekend to see my daughter and we aren’t even patients. well guess what we are now!!!

I must say I am beyond shocked! I am a new patient, and called Dr. Scott's office in advance to make sure they took my Cigna insurance. They said yes, so I had a cleaning and annual exam (which is supposed to be covered at 100%). After a couple of weeks I got a bill for $135.30, after insurance. So called the ins. co, and they said my plan was not in their network. Called back and forth several times between office and ins. Apparently, their office does take some Cigna plans, but NOT MINE. Although the office INSISTS they don't know of any other Cigna plans. Despite many calls, letters, texts, Dr. Scott told me that I must have a terrible plan and pay your bill or we are sending it to collections!!!!! My Cigna did pay part of the bill (out of network), so that's why the balance is $135.30. Anyway, I was beyond shocked by Dr. Scott's callousness and hatefulness toward me, when I was only trying to have a discussion as to what could be done. I have read nothing but good things ab

Office was closed this week and my husband had a toothache. Called Dr Scott and he answered on the 2nd ring! What an amazing doctor!
