during my exam with this doctor the probe he was using apparently got stuck in the filling of one of my teeth. rather than gently removing it he stood up and pulled as if he was trying to pull the tooth out. it seemed as if he was making a problem so he could then fix it and charge me for it. i knew at this point i was through with him. that was'nt the worst. after the exam he left me in the examining area for more than an hour without a word. i knew it was while his staff got ready to tell me what the result of the exam was and how much my insurance would pay but more than a full hour? i asked 2 employees what was taking so long. one said she would find out but she never did the other one just looked stupid and walked away. i was so fed up i walked out without waiting for the cleaning that was to be part of this visit. dental exams are a great way to tell about a dentist. what his staff does also reflects on the dentist. in this case quite poorly.
