Very nice, are the specialists hiding something?
This is a friendly clean office. I saw Drew MCaffrey, a fine young DDS with lots of time to explain. Dawn, the Office Manager, seems to know how to keep it running. During Covid my old dental office closed, and I missed 2 cleanings of my teeth. I had always been a compulsive brusher and gotten quarterly cleanings. Now I was told I had periodontal disease and needed a consult with Dr. Ortiz. HERE’S WHY I GIVE THEM 3 STARS: I’m 79 years old and find it useful to record medical care on my cell phone so I can listen to it again. This helped a lot with Dr. Ortiz, but I decided her recommendations of $1975 worth of dental care and extraction of one tooth “to save my teeth” was not IT. 2 years later they arranged a consult with Dr. Wong, another periodontist in their office. I’ve never had a doctor who wouldn’t let you record his recommendations. Do doctors have any idea how hard it sometimes is to understand them? Dr. Wong wouldn't let me record him. So I left. I’m going elsewhere.
