Dr. Douglas Peoples, DDS

Dr Peoples is personable, and professional. Has a calming demeanor even while drilling in your mouth or injecting medication into your gums. I would love to refer persons to him, but a person on his staff has such bad people skills that she would, and has, run potential clients away!! Don’t understand why he keeps her. She seems to handle the influx of patients. When you call the office to voice a concern, she takes and turns it around and accuse you of 'getting nasty.' She then proceeds to hang up by telling you to have a nice day! At times, she can be ‘very nasty’ and really it could concern her in the least. Everything seems to provoke her when you may only be trying to get info!! This alone is making me look for another dentist although Dr. Peoples has been my dentist for over 20 years.

Through my co workers i learned of this Dentists. He came highly recommended. They did not tell a tale either. Respectful courteous and kind. He had to deliver some news that was hard to accept but he told me the truth and he knew it was hard for me. He spoke with me about treatments going forward and even showed me some of his work. No arrogance in this man but his work speaks for itself. His staff from the time I entered were beautiful in thleir attitudes. Courteousness and patient. Especially the young lady that took me back. I would not only recommend this office but I will be returning in a few weeks and this is now my go to office.

Dr. People’s is great. He has the worst office staff you could ever encounter. They are just unprofessional and ghetto at the same time. Rude. Will make a patient wait while they handle their bills over the phone. Dr. People’s would do better if he has nice staff that were professional and caring.

He explains the process. I highly recommend Dr. Peoples to those in the central Virginia area!

Dr Peoples was extremely knowledgeable.he did an excellent job on repairing my teeth.
