Had a cleaning in this office awhile back and it was the most painful one ever in my life. the hygienist was not gentle, on the contrary, very rough causing my gums to bleed more and she kept lecturing me about not flossing better. Recently I called asking for an appt. to have a crown reseated - which typically is an emergency appt, and they gave me one a week out. Then today, a very rude lady from their office called to confirm that appt and as I asked questions she was short and rude and told me she was busy. Appalled at her customer service, I cancelled my appt. and will spread the word to others, Not to go this dentist. He is a good dentist. His employees have beyond horrible customer service.

Absolutely the nicest dentist ever. Kind, knowledgeable,patience, with a staff of amazing people. It's the only Dental office I enjoy going into.
