Love the hygienists, always clean my teeth well and treat my daughter awesome. Dr. Orlando is not trust worthy however. Told me I needed a mouth guard because I grind my teeth (I do not) and insurance would cover it. Drilled and filled a cavity to the point where it had to be redone because infection and still continues to bleed every time I floss. The tipping point was when recently she told me I had 3 cavities she was trying to fill in which I took the X-rays elsewhere and I do not.

Is a -1 rating possible? Hands-down the WORST dentist office or doctor i have ever been to in my life. The only professional person at this office was the receptionist. The most PAINFUL cleaning ever and the most unprofessional, seemingly uneducated staff I've ever encountered.

This was the absolute worst dentist experience i have ever had!!! My cleaning lasted almost 2 hours and was extrmel painful. I do not have bad teeth and only had not seen a dentist in just over a year. So by no means should i have had almost 10 cavities. To my dismay i had the cavity work done a one side. Now a week later my entire left side of my face hurts i can not chew or drink hardly anything. She gave me 8 shots of novacaine and hit nerves while doing so. This was horrifying
