The worst ever!!!!!
Damaged my gums, left a shard shard sticking out. Tried to fix it and dropped her tool while working and it smashed my teeth so hard I had awful jaw pain for 6 weeks. Then scolded me after and had her assistants hold my arms down, as if it were somehow my fault.No apology.I only continued going to her practice because I paid for the year plan and was told I could ask for and use the other dentist. Which I did for a while and had no issues.Then one day after a cleaning I was ready to go home when Dr Gentry cane into my room and said she had to look at my teeth before I could leave. I told her and the assistant previously many times that I don’t trust Dr Gentry and do not feel comfortable with her because of what she has done on the past.Then she told the reception to not schedule any more visits for me and refused to refund my money. They never sent my antibiotics to the pharmacy after 3 calls. Playing game w health. Zero professionalism!The worst EVER!!!

Exceptional Dentist, Care and Team!
Dr. Gentry and her team embrace the latest dental and medical technology so they can deliver high quality solutions and provide the best care to patients. Seaside Dentistry is a team of kind, friendly and caring professionals truly dedicated to helping others. After a surgical mishap, Dr. Gentry restored my front teeth and gave me my smile back. When my husband, a retired dentist, carefully looked at my dental work and smile, he said, “They did it perfectly! Really nice work!” I highly recommend Seaside Dentistry. There you enter as an appreciated patient and leave feeling better and smiling!

Absolutely NOT!
I never got an appointment, nor did I get a call back during a severe dental emergency. I spoke with a very nice lady at the counter. She told Dr. Gentry and clinician of my situation and said they would call back by end of day. I called back 3 hours later and she said she told them again. I called the next morning and she said they are aware and WILL call you back. None of the staff bothered to call back.

Dr. Gentry and staff are top notch providing optimal care and compassion for dentistry on Crystal Coast. I travel from piedmont area of state for her specific intentional exceptional care and passion to alleviate any unnecessary anxiety or stress due to dental treatment plans-EXCEPTIONAL is my experience during past 4 years as a patient-thanks to her leadership among her staff and their extension of compassionate care.

All I needed was a teeth cleaning period. They insisted on doing x-rays since We hadn't been there before I explained my insurance would not be covering that they told me they would write them off for both me and my husband new patients they did not. IHave enjoyed the dentist since I was a child this was a terrible experience they refilled an old cavity I wish I would've let them touch I had no problems with that old cavity now constant pain. Not to mention the 1000 bill on top of ins pmr

Donna Gentry deserves a negative rating. She is unprofessional and does not care about her patients. She called a patient that had been trying to get help from her after her office messed up and YELLED at her because she she had called her office several times trying to get relief from the pain they left her in. She had been waiting for someone to fix the issue for over a month and no one called once.When the patient called her "Mrs. Gentry" she yelled back at the patient that it was DR. GENTRY.

I was truly, impressed with my first visit to Dr. Gentry. I found her to be very knowledgeable, skilled, honest, charismatic, patient and caring. She and her staff are very thorough with your examination and are sure, to provide you with every option available to you. No sense of urgency was made either. Very satisfied with Dr. Gentry, the staff, the Insurance administration and service that is provided. I would highly recommend SEASIDE DENTISTRY to anyone who asked.

Great experience! Starting with initial phone call. Had an emergency and needed a new dentist. Did not think I would be able to get in the same day! This was really important since I had an interview! They all were so cordial and respectful. If I had any complaint it would be the young greeter/receptionist. She seemed a bit short and not ad friendly. But she may have been having a bad day or a lot on her mind. Just not as social as the rest of the staff. Kudos to the lady wit the neck brace!

Dr. Gentry Is very professional. I love the atmosphere of the office. Very friendly staff, and pleasant to talk to. They all make you feel comfortable. The fact that I am hearing impaired, she takes the time out, so I can read her lips, so I can communicate with her better. Our family had a great experience. They were able to schedule 4 children simultaneously and back to back which was so convenient for us. The children were very comfortable and at ease during the entire process. The Dr and staff were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Very happy.
