Dr. Donna Fraser, DDS

I have been going to Dr. Fraser for over 10 years. She focuses on what is important to the patient, for example not pushing bleaching and cosmetic procedures like my previous two dentists. My hygienists have been great, especially with my two young kids! Dr. Fraser has kept my family's teeth healthy and I would definitely recommend her.

WORST BEDSIDE MANNER EVER!!! Most uncaring place I have ever been. On second appt, she slipped with drill & sliced across the bottom of my tongue tearing it open. My dad told her how uncomfortable she makes me, she told him "I'm just too nervous"! Well yeah when you never had your teeth worked on & dentist comes at your mouth without telling you what they are doing, or what to expect. You tend to be a little nervous. At one visit the dentist was so preoccupied by her yard work & stone being delivered, she completely nasty to me. If I moved a little, she would huff very loudly slamming equipment down. A staff member even admitted to me what a bear Dr. Fraser is & she treats everyone this way. If you want to feel small & unseen, you want to be treated as if the Dr's lack of compassion is your fault, then definitely make an appointment at this torture chamber. An added note. She was so mean one time, they used 3 full syringes of Novocaine, which didn’t numb because I was so upset.
