I was made to feel comfortable and confident that my root canal will be done properly by the doctor's very capable hands, skills and ability. His wife who assisted him in the business office part was kind and respectful towards me. I was impressed with the follow-up and phone call and via emails. I'm not a fan of root canals seeing how this is my very first. Dr. Stiggers was recommended, and I am glad I had followed through!

Ooommmmgggggg where do I start. I am extremely dissatisfied by the receptionist Yolanda Stiggers. She is extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, poor customer services and inHuman. For starters I was referred to Dr. Donald by a well known seasoned dentist in the nearby neighborhood FOR A ROOT CANAL AND ABSCESS. I have been seeing the referring dentist for years and trust him with every tooth pain or ache so his referral to Dr. DONALD was very important to me because I suffer from anxiety when it comes to the dentist. My referring doctor did the foot work and scheduled my first visit with Donald which was great, he pin pointed my issue he was well educated and friendly. NO ANIXETY AT ALL. I was comfortable and that was important to me! (But babeeee does things change) IT WAS A YEAR AGO I was seen at Dr. DONALD office and was told that a root canal should be done soon... ASAP due to my extreme pain, discomfort and the health risks of the abscess. HOWWWEEEVVVERRRR YOLANDA REFUSED to bill my
