Dr. Kacy and his staff have been welcoming and very helpful even after having presented them with some difficult insurance problems, they were always helpful and professional. Having now had cleaning, xrays and two crowns, I can say that Dr. Kacy has demonstrated a level of experience and professionalism while providing both the information and reassurance that made a usually difficult process very easy for me.

Terrible experience, try another dentist
Our family went to Dr. Kacy for years, my family continually complained about how much pain they were in after and how rude Dr. Kacy was. I tried to ignore it but finally after moving we went to a new dentist and I cannot believe the difference. Dr. Kacy was continually painting a picture of gloom and trying to get us to do expense procedures that were clearly unneeded. A red flag should be that he cannot keep another dentist on staff.

My visits have been GREAT!!! before I had Dr Kacy for my Dentist it was hard to walk into a dentist office, but those day are over. The office staff is Great and the same for the Hygienist would recommend his office to everyone.

I have found Dr. Kacy to be very trustworthy. He wanted to see the treatment plan before he would pull my daughter's tooth as recommended by her orthodontist and suggested a second opinion. Her new orthodontist was able to do a good job without any teeth being pulled. If Dr. Kacy tells me I need a filling, root canal, crown, whatever, I know I need one.

Really liked this doctor from the start. He saw me emergently for a broken tooth, and subsequently spent a great deal of time explaining treatment options, and the related pros and cons of each. Entire staff was very friendly, and exceptionally professional. Looks like I have to give up my 20 year fear of dentists. He was confident, competent, and very friendly. He came recommended to us by long-term friends, and their recommendation was as accurate as it was appreciated.
