I went for a tooth extraction. The staff was very kind. Dr. Silberman explained every step of the procedure, and before I knew it was done everyone was professional, Skilled and punctual, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Periodontist

I have been a patient at this office for several yrs. The Periodontist & his staff have provided quality care. The office staff has been helpful. The office manager, Laura, hired earlier this year & who I do not know threatened to send an 18 mos. old bill ($132.18) to collection if I did not pay before my upcoming appointment. I had not received a bill in the mail. I suggested that maybe it had been lost by the PO since we are retired & spend Winters in the USVI. She became irate, stating that I should have called the office to ask if I had a bill. I asked why she had not called “me.” Insurance covers much of my bills & I have always paid any difference, having spent several thousands on implants etc. There has never been a balance remaining. She spoke to me in a rude manner & when I told her so, she used a mocking, sarcastic tone & then hung up on me. I called back, asking for her supervisor & she said she had none, adding that the Periodontist was there & approved & hung up again!

Terrible dentist office!!!!!!!

Dr S is a brilliant Periodontist. He does it all, implants, crowns, gum surgery. He has a calming influence so if you are having anxiety his approach will help with it. His staff of qualified assistants are all cross-trained and can jump in to assist, no matter the procedure.
