Doc and staff are so chatty and friendly; they put you right at ease, and they have a gentle touch. Lots of laughing, fun place. Appointments are on time and quick. I actually like going to the dentist!

Have been a patient for a few years. He communicates before, during, and after dental exam or procedures; his dental exam is thorough, so when appointment is over a patient knows what, if anything, needs to be done to resolve problems. Office staff is friendly.

I’ve been going to Dr Dinello for over 20 years, I took my daughters to him as well, Dr Dinello is a great dentist and has guided myself and my children to having a clear understanding of the importance of healthy teeth and the necessary things to do to prevent poor dental hygiene, He has always been flexible with helping us schedule our appointments, and has always had a good staff of dental assistants and a fantastic office assistantI highly respect him and his staff as my dental choice. He’s direct and to the point of what is required to keep on a good path for good dental hygiene.

My experience with Dr Dinello and his staff has always been positive. I've been going to him for nearly 20 years. My teeth and mouth are not the best out there, but all the hygienists and Dr Dinello have treated me like my teeth were the best! 2 crowns and many cleanings later- all good. Here is one dentist office that does work on Saturday. Highly recommend.

My daughters and I have been seeing Dr DiNello for years. He’s very patient and thorough with us.

Had to switch dentist because of insurance change. Dr Dinello was close and available. That’s the only thing good I can say. He was rude to the hygienist, rude to me, he had no time to answer questions. Just runs back to his office and hides and leaves his staff to clean up his messes.

Dr......rude, assistant........ignorant and rude......front desk clerk, rude. Office is in a small shack. They may me making moonshine in the back, cause they sure don't know anything about dentistry.

I have been a client of his for over five years and his attitude gets worse with every visit. He is rude and puts little to no effort in making his clients feel good about their experience. Truly, I feel sorry for his staff because they are so nice and respectable. All of their efforts towards quality care and customer service become annulled because of him. I am seeking another dentist after how insulting he was my last visit.

I would not recommend Dr. Dinello to friends or family or anyone! He is rude and unfriendly. He barks orders and does not make you feel at ease or comfortable. He acts like he is superior and you are not worth his time. He made me feel nervous and stupid! He did not seem to care about my comfort during the procedure. Would never go back!!
