Absolutely stay away.! Said I needed root canals which was not true (had 2 second opinions)- overcharged for an extraction that she couldn't even finish and left behind lots of the tooth.

Steer away! She is UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST Talks bad about her employees and argues with them in front of patients. Wait time sucks! Quoted my husband for a root canal retreatment ($1100) he paid and when he came back for the completion of treatment they charged him $1200 because she said couldn't save the crown, when she should've told him that since the previous visit because she already knew then.

Waited in exam chair 2 hours and only had xrays and a show and tell explanation about gingivitis from Dr.Diane Valdez while she had several other patients at same time-going from room to room was making me very nervous. Very noisy, you could hear all conversations including front desk. After procedure and Ins. was explained I was very confused and left without any work being done. Will not go back, found another dentist. Friendly staff, but all seemed to be in training.

I have been coming to Dr. Valdez for I think about 13+ years now. I was a patient when she first had her dental office in Temecula, CA off of Ynez. This is the ONLY Dental Office that does not try to gauge you for extra things that you don't need, and they do not try to perform expensive procedures that you do not need! Seriously and honestly this is the ONLY dentist I will ever go to! My insurance switched for a little bit a few years back and I was getting the dental insurance for free in my p

I keep thinking I'll get over this. But I'm not. I kept telling you how much pain I was in. You couldn't take the time to find out why. You just kept telling me everything was fine. Well it wasn't. The bone was infected. I ended up having 8 teeth pulled. Now I wear dentures. There are no words for the embarrassment and the humiliation I suffer with daily. I trusted you considered you a friend. You wasted my money and my time. You didn't even put the veneer on right.
