Dr. Eiland’s first point of contact on down to his associates are very unprofessional. The way they treated my child was totally unfair.
X-rays were done, each associate passed the buck, wasted time and my child tooth is still hurting. They told me my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I called. Insurance would have paid for it. They wanted me to pay out of pocket. All of a sudden they were uncomfortable. Poor customer service .
