Caused burns to gums & broke my dentures. Will not replace. Contacted Attorney

Dr. Custer and the great staff gave him SUPERIOR service. They took the time needed to really understand his dental needs. Compassionate, concerned, knowledgeable and honest are the words my father used to describe the Doctor and his support team. Take a bow!

Update: Sunday, August 9 2020: morning at Urgent care. With a staff infection & Thrush & chemical burns..., burnt gums.... condition worsening etc. Day 6 without food! Condition & cause by Dr. Custer noted: On Monday, 8/10/20 follow up with GP on condition.... August 8 2020: Back in ER again today with burns & abrasions to gums. Still very painful burns & abrasions on gums, still unable to eat food. Doctors have put me on medication & a liquid diet..... UPDATE: August 7 2020; I had to go to Avita Urgent care this morning due to worsening of the sores & abrasions to my upper & lower gums due to the neglect of Dr. Custer. Day 4 without food, of course NO dentures. They were destroyed by this dentist. UPDATE: August 6 2020: Spent 2 hours in the ER this morning with the burns & sores on my gums. I hope you can sleep at night, Mr. Custer... I now have NO dentures & no way to get any! Because of your negligence! You ruined a quality set of dentures, caused me a lot of stress & anxiety.All

I was called back within 10 minutes of arrival. As soon as I got in the room I was being taken care of, I was in the room only about 10 minutes before Dr Custer came in. I did not feel the numbing shots at all, I felt no discomfort or pain. The Dr is a very caring & kind person, helping to calm my anxiety from past dental experiences. The staff are all very nice! I very highly recommend Dr Custer!!!
