Dr. Dennis Benton, DDS

They do bill over the contract price with your insurance company. If you call them out on it they will send you a form letter informing you that the doctor/paitent relationship is not working.

I agree with Lynn, Dr. Benton is sensitive to any criticism. He told my wife and myself that we are fired and seek care elsewhere all because I hung up on his receptionist without malice because she wouldn't schedule an appointment the same day for Benton to fix his prior dental procedure that was cutting into my wife's mouth and causing pain and bleeding. Forget the Ohio Dental Board to file a complaint as they are self governing.

Husband and I have been going here for years and were happy. All of a sudden we started getting large unexpected bills. Called MetLife insurance company to find out why claims were not being paid as in the past and they said Dr Benton's office In Network agreement was not in effect during the time we received treatment. Although they were reinstated shortly thereafter we were charged Out of Network fees. Since we were not informed of the "In Network " "Out of Network " scenario we asked Mint Dental/Dr. Dennis Benton for some consideration or cost sharing in the extra expense but we were quickly told that our dental needs would be better met elsewhere and they cancelled our upcoming appointments...like WE did something wrong. There were no heated or disrespectful conversations whatsoever to warrant this response by Dr. Benton. We have never had any issue with paying for anything we owe, but simply asking for consideration caused us to loose our dental service with Mint Dental

The office man was terribly rude and office staff need replaced. Not good for his business. Dr. Benton is very nice tho.

My kids and I love it here! No anxiety, no pain! Super nice staff!

I have been there twice. Both visits were pain free. Everyone is nice and place is clean
