Dr. Delta Stout, DMD

I had a couple of cavities that needed to be filled, Dr Stout was sweet and nice she made me feel comfortable in the chair. Explained to me what was going to happen today. I don’t like needles! Never knew she had numbed me. She set with me and talked to me I have never felt so at ease in a dental chair. I have had no problems with my fillings. I would recommend anyone to her. Went in the other day was told she had moved due to her husband’s job. Wish her the very best a fantastic dentist.

Dr. Stout was phenomenal. She took amazing notes on me and was extremely diligent when working on my teeth. She always remembered details not only about my teeth but also family and made me feel at home with each visit! I highly recommend using her!

Delta Stout is a wonderful dentist! She has been my dentist for several years and has given me a beautiful smile. She is very professional and competent in what she does. She has a gift in making someone feel cared for. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I was forced to see this dentist, the receptionist tricked me into seeing her because no one wants to go to her. I did not know this was the dentist I was about to meet until I saw her. I scheduled for doctor Patrick. She was the rudest, incompetent dentist I have ever met in my whole life. I sure do not recommend her or the place Smith Crossing Dentistry.

This was my first visit with Smith Crossing Dental . I was pleasantly surprised and pleased at the efficiency, their personal approach, and their desire to help me accomplish my goals. I actually found them through my dental Insurance company. And I am so happy to be working with such a caring team.

You can tell Dr. Stout truly cares about her patients. She listens to what my concerns were about and answered all my questions. I am medically compromised and she took the time to get clearance from and speak directly to my oncologist in order to collaborate and keep me safe. I was made aware that her and the staff would complete all the procedures needed at a pace I was comfortable with, while also keeping in mind my timeline for my next batch of needed medical treatment so that they would not interfere with one another. I was also very comforted in knowing that if there was anything that could potentially need more advanced supervision due to my illness, like getting teeth extracted - which would be unsafe to do with out consistently monitoring my vitals, that she would be able to refer me to a specialist that could take care of my needs. I trust Dr. Stout 100%! Great experience!

I have had difficulty with dentists in the past. They were either nonchalant, too rushed, or cared little for the pain they caused during examinations and procedures. For years the subtle clink of dentristry tools invariably gave me anxiety. That all changed with Dr. Stout. She is compassionate and skilled and has an excellent sense of humor. I no longer dread my dentist appointments, and I know that I am receiving the best possible care every time I walk through the door.

Wow, so friendly and approachable! Was super patient with all of my questions and immediately made me feel comfortable. She did excellent work and I am so happy with my results. I feel so confident in my smile!

Dr Stout is amazing but the people at the front desk need more training in customer service. They don’t greet you when you arrive or leave. They are not friendly at all. And they don’t explain why your bill has increased.

Dr Stout has been my dentist for over 5 years. She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of them! She is highly competent and very caring. She explains everything in a way that you understand and gives options. The procedures she has done have been almost free from pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I visited Dr. Stout with a serious issue with my teeth. After her examination she recommended a course of treatment. She explained in detail why it was needed. With my approval she did the work that solved my issue in a very professional and caring manner with virtually no pain! I highly recommend this dentist!

I told her I have an autoimmune diseases, and explained why I cannot get root canal or implants. I told her my son had a stroke in utero, she said to me does a black cloud follow you. She refused to treat me, because of my autoimmune issues, referred me to an oral surgeon who could not see me till Sept and that was just a consult. My 2 teeth, she only saw one, were fractured and one was infected. Well I saw another dentist office the next day who removed the teeth and said had I left them in , my autoimmune disease could if got much worse. Dr Stout, was rude, who tells a patient who has medical issues and a special needs child, that they carry a black cloud. Never will I or my family go to this place again.
