Absolutely horrible experience. My daughter is diabetict and they made me leave the room. They did not even ask for her emergency supplies in case of a low blood sugar or what her blood sugar was before I left. My daughter was terrified of the dentist and we have gone elsewhere for care, with a much better experience. They do not properly explain what they will be doing. There paperwork is not even able to be read properly. They see multiple patients at once you will be waiting past your schedule times.

TERRIBLE experience! I was there for the first time with my 6 & 3 year olds & they were not going to let me back with them! My 3 year old has some delays, hearing loss & very little speech & it was his very first time at the dentist! I had to explain MULTIPLE times why I wasn't comfortable with them going back by themselves (even given their young age) & was going to leave when they finally let me only because it was the 3 year olds first time at the dentist. When I asked why they are so against parents going back, they explained because it's a small room & parents "get in the way". The room was actually HUGE with 3 or 4 dental chairs in it and an actual bench for whoever isn't getting their teeth worked on to sit on! Secondly, they appeared very disorganized, unprofessional & disrespectful! The receptionist didn't know what one of the charges was on my bill for a basic cleaning. The hygienists & dentists didn't know what patient was who not even for who needed what procedure! AWFUL!

If you don't mind the dentist traumatizing your kid's, then she's the perfect doctor for you to take them too.
