I am new to the area and was trying to schedule appointments for myself and my daughter. I was told Dr. Zombek is the best and to specifically see her. The problem came in with her staff. There was a lot of confusion about my insurance and staff couldn’t figure it out. Had my company call and they hung up on her. I called directly and they admitted to hanging up b/c they were busy and having computer problems. Then asked me for the info I couldn’t explain which is why I had my company call.
