I paid for a treatment and she owed me money back. She handed me a paper IOU with the amount scribbled on it, then never paid me back. Stay away.

Based on my personal experience I would not recommend this dentist. I found this dentist to be rude and unprofessional. During my visit this dentist charged me for three 3 things. Once I was in the exam room she only performed 2 of the work I was charged for because she didn’t feel comfortable doing the rest. During the visit things were very uncomfortable because she works alone, she doesn’t have an assistant, this means during the visit, the patient is expected to hold the suction straw. This dentist would get mad and yell if your hand needs a break or you need to take out the straw. It was a very uncomfortable experience that I would not recommend. Once I requested a refund I was told that once the insurance covers the rest I would be reimbursed. Once the insurance paid up. This dentist refused to refund me. She lied about a cancellation that never happened to keep my refund and was extremely rude and yelled for 8 straight minutes. If you are looking for dentist look elsewhere.
