Don't argue with this dentist in the chair
Very charming on first visit. Completed an extraction with virtually no pain. Explained every bit of the process as he was working. Mentioned jokingly in casual conversation that in dental school he was taught to uses silk sutures to get patients to come back for next visit as they are an irritant. It didn't even register for me until a week later when my gums were on fire with what I thought was a raging infection. I made an appointment, admittedly I was grumpy did insist that there was something wrong with my mouth & needed an eval. He went from being charming funny to completely silent cold. Did not speak during the entire procedure when he administered my shots they set my mouth on fire causing pain that I didn't evperience during my first visit even as he pulled a tooth out of my mouth. Tears streaming down my face terrified, several minutes later her broke his silence with the words "sorry those gum shots can hurt like a (word for female dog)." I cried the entire time.

Nichole was awesome, she keeps you informed about everything she's doing and why she's doing it. These folks are outstanding and very easy to deal with.
