Dr. David Sherman, DDS

I'm an adult patient and have been to a few orthodontists in the area to get opinions on my case. I think it's very strange that this dr charges a fee for the consultation (over $100) while many other orthodontists offer free consults. And the free consults were far better -I don't know if it was just an off day for Dr. Sherman but he didn't seem like he had an opinion on how to handle my case, he just seemed uninterested. The appointment was the equivalent of a shoulder shrug, and for what I paid, it definitely should not have been. When I went to other consults, the drs were confident that IPR/Invisalign would correct my large crooked front teeth and that extraction would change my smile for the worse, whereas Dr. Sherman said I could extract teeth or just try top braces again without anything else (which wouldn't have done anything since this is what I had done as a teen and they reverted). He didn't even mention IPR, which is what was missing from when I had braces as a teen.

Not a successful experience.

I've had two daughters finish treatment with Dr. Sherman, both had absolutely outstanding experiences. Moreover, he made himself available during a completely unrelated dental emergency, both insuring that the emergency room care went correctly and getting one of them into his office the next morning to double check. The level of service was exceptional. The quality of the care top notch. Recommend without hesitation.

Dr. Sherman was the fourth orthodontist that I visited in an effort to find the "right fit" for our family. I chose him because he was realistic & cost effective in providing a reasonable plan for both children. You will not pay for services you do not need, and you will not start any procedures before a child is ready. A practical approach! Dr. Sherman develops a very nice rapport with kids, everyone in the office is happy & helpful, and the technology is state of art. Highly recommended!

I've been a patient for many years and I've always had a great experience. Dr.Sherman and all the people in the office are lovely.

We used Dr. Sherman for all five of our children for their braces. He is kind, highly experienced and the outcomes were excellent - great looking teeth! The office is run by Linda and Lisa in an exceptionally professional and efficient way. You can always get in for an urgent issue and there is never waiting more than 10 minutes. You are always seen same day for a pokey wire or other concerning matter. We used Dr. Sherman for our five children with perfect results.
