Dr. David Rosenbaum, DDS

Dr. Rosenbaum is a wonderful Endodontist. Kind, thorough, explains everything as he is doing it and very compassionate. Nobody wants to be in a dental chair but if you have to be, Dr. Rosenbaums is the chair you want to be in.

Dr. Rosenbaum is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to talk with you and explains what your options are and what is wrong with your teeth.

Dr. Rosembaum is an excellent specialist and I recommend him 100%, but the person at the front desk in the Northbrook office is very rude with the patients, I consider that the kindness and good treatment of the patients is essential if you work in this medium. humility and good treatment of people leaves a lot to say about you.

Thumbs down. I hear the doctor is great, but the front desk needs a customer service upgrade. I am a new patient and called to schedule an appt, based on a referral from my dentist. What I received was attitude and I honestly felt like I was inconveniencing the young lady who answered, her name was Beth. She was impatient, edgy, sarcastic, and borderline rude. Great credential! It is too unfortunate that the front office employee was so unpleasant! She was totally annoyed at looking up for our insurance (even though, this particular office is on our preferred provider list). Granted, we have a global insurance because we are french, and it is a little more difficult to get all the information correct, but her behavior was so unprofessional that we had go to a different specialist.

Dr Rosenbaum is diligent, quick, and effective. His friendly bed side banter makes the harsh pain of a root canal pain free! He truly makes the patient feel comfortable and does the procedure quick and painless leaving you laughing! I’m truly thankful I found this doctor

First of all, I am a Registered Dental Hygienist of almost 30 years...and this was my FIRST root canal. Dr. Rosenbaum and his team are beyond exceptional! He was extremely conscious of making sure he explained every single thing he was going to do, prior to doing it. IT WAS PAINLESS!!! I sincerely hope you don't require a root canal, but if you do, don't go to anyone else but Dr. Rosenbaum. I just had my 6 month follow up today, and my appointment went as smoothly as the first!!

No one ever wants a root canal but if you have to have one, Dr. Rosenbaum is your guy. His office is immaculate and very calming. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I had a bad toothache and they were very accommodating. Dr. Rosenbaum talked me through every step of the process and I was there for 2 hours. He was very concerned with my comfort. Later that evening the doctor himself called to check up on me. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Was very anxious about this procedure as I never had a root canal before. I recommend Dr. Rosenbaum highly. Professional wonderful assistant I was very pleased. He deserves 5??????????

It was all very positive. That is saying a lot considering we are talking about root canals.
