Both Drs. Mack and Wachter are very approachable, gentle with the exams, the exams are quick and painless! I would also like to take this opportunity to recognize the efforts of staff at your office. Staff, Jennifer L. took the time to make sure my visit was pleasant, efficient & effortless. She also ensured that we made the most of my insurance benefits. She called and left a message that my insurance for exam visits were at the maximum number allowed per year. I would have owed additional monies if I kept the appointment. I called back the next day and we rescheduled the appointment for an agreed upon time. It made my experience at your office a happy one. Thanks again for having such a cordial and efficient employee looking out for your patients in these trying times.
