Staff great! Dr. Kaffey has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen! The tooth implant he put in my mouth looks horrible!!! He didn’t care one bit! I was so upset when I left after paying 2,200 dollars and he didn’t care how I felt!!! Didn’t send it back to the lab , didn’t even give me the option. Every dentist after words can’t believe that he left me leaving the office how the the implant tooth looks like.Hands down the WORST!!!

Dr. Kaffey is kind, considerate and caring. He has a gentle touch. I went to him with a specific problem that another dentist could not fix. His gentle manner and recommendations were perfect for me. I have also had fillings and again I found him precise, gentle and caring.
I would recommend him to all friends and family who live in the North Penn area.

Pains me to write an updated , bad review of this practice- I had such a positive experience when I was there. I went on 12/21/16, 2 weeks ago, for the Zoom white treatment I bought on Groupon. My teeth looked great when I left, however, after following all instructions, my teeth, now 2 weeks later, look the same, if not worse than they did before! I called 1/3, 1/4, and 1/5, was told I would get called back each and neither the doctor nor Kelsey returned my call this entire week. Very rude!

Staff is always very friendly, especially Vicky. Dr. Kaffey has an excellent "chairside" manner. He takes to the time to make sure you understand what procedures you need and why you need them. Staff always works with me regarding insurance and making sure I know what levels of coverage I have. That alone is reason enough to use them. Everyone who works there is always in a good mood which says a lot about the working environment.

My sister and I both started going to see Dr. Kaffey and we just love him and his staff! They make the experience enjoyable every time with great, quick service and genuine smiles. They also do a great job explaining insurance benefit details and are ready with payment plans. I have already recommended Dr. Kaffey to other family members and co workers and will continue to do so!
