Dr. Hernly gives excellent, professional care but office staff, especially billing are less than helpful and sometimes rude.

Dr Hernly and his assistant were so wonderful with my daughter who needed to get work done. She wanted to go by herself because she felt so comfortable. His assistant was amazing at making my daughter feel at ease with what was going on using child terms to get her excited! She now talks about always wanting to go to the dentist. Highly recommend this office!

He seemed well versed when he was speaking about my mouth, and made sure to explain the procedure. However, follow up care was missing. I had some problems with my tooth and it was hard to reach him or set up an appointment. Did not seem sensitive to patient needs . Receptionist at times was rude and not hearing what patient had to say.
