Mis diagnosis of root cause
Immediate assumption of cause of new dental problems was not valid. Checked with relevant resources who disputed his assessment including a board of dentists and medical providers. Different local dentist, different recommendations and accurate understanding of new condition. In consideration of staff, Clean office and friendly admin resources.

He was a welcome change from my previous "dentist". Not only does my new denture fit much better, I actually enjoy eating, which I had not done for 2 years prior to visiting Dr. Herbert. He takes the time to explain options and is always available for adjustments. It's a well run office from the front to the chair.

Friendly office. Great hygienists. Dr. Herbert spent a great deal of time explaining my problem. Made the treatment easy to handle. Gave me options to pay for it that worked for me. I feel well cared for

His way or the highway. I had the temerity to question their financing methods. They simply ignored me thereafter. Independent is an under statement. Rude is another way of putting it. Would not recommend dealing with an office this impressed with itself.
