Dr. Downs is consistently approachable and professional. Each member of the office staff and providers, regardless of title is friendly, compassionate, and prepared. All health and safety procedures are in place. The facility is always immaculate. The staff are so friendly and professional and they make you feel like family. It’s like walking into the “Cheers” bar...everybody knows your name.

Had my first visit to Dr. Down’s office yesterday. It was the best professional medical office visit I’ve had of ANY kind. Everyone was very professional, kind/respectful, thorough, etc. The office itself had a calm, clean, well organized, welcoming environment. No complaints whatsoever!!??

Dr. Downs, and his entire staff are phenomenal! I always experience anxiety when I have dental procedures and have a difficult time relaxing, but not here. Dr. Downs, Lupe, and Roxsana are so kind, patient, and helpful, they helped me to relax and not worry. Amber is awesome and explains everything; she is very professional, friendly, and genuine.
