Dissatisfied appointment with Mr. Ward
Worst experience in my 63 years of attending a dental exam.Mr Ward was both unprofessional and sarcastic during the entire exam. Comment include " Never brushing my teeth properly " plus taking a photo with his nasty cell phone of my teeth! He never touched an instrument during his exam and made no effort to ask any questions about previous discussions I had with Dr. Rosenberg for the past two years. He was more concerned with scheduling a major crowned placement when I had numerous discussions with Dr. Rosenberg about this exact issue. I suggest someone reach out to me and attempt to satisfy my claim.
