Poor hours - M - Th. 8:30 - 5. No early, late or Saturday hours so kids must miss school or wait months for appointment. No electronic medical records. No ability to email with staff. Days for vm to be returned. Dr. Bogenschutz is a good orthodontist, but his office practices leave much to be desired. For $6,000, he should be current with best practices of electronic records and a patient portal or way for patients to communicate other than by telephone.
