Appointment was Rushed and Impersonal
My experience with Dr. Dulay at Aspen Dental was extremely disappointing. From the start, the appointment felt rushed and impersonal. I came in with real concerns about my dental health, but Dr. Dulay barely took the time to explain anything. It felt like I was on an assembly line, not in a professional healthcare setting.What made things worse was the hard push for expensive treatments without fully explaining the options or why they were necessary. I felt more like a sales target than a patient. The lack of transparency and genuine care was alarming.
