Great at making difficult to fit dentures
I went to Comfort Dental first for dentures. They made a pair that didn't fit. They tried to adjust them into fitting for 9 months before they had to start over. They made my second pair and those didn't fit either. I went to Dr. Norby and he made a pair of dentures that fit right away.

I hate my smile - full implant
I'm so unhappy with my full implant (upper, all-on-4). I hate my smile. Hate it. This was a long, drawn-out experience because I had to get bone grafts for my upper implant. The grafts took over a year before I was able to have my implant attached -- I had to wear temporary dentures and that was awful! I asked Dr Norby if the company creating my implant can shape them per my request and he told me they could. I provided a couple photos of me where you could see my teeth. I loved my smile. My teeth were just soft and becoming very loose. I printed off the photos and gave them to Dr Norby and asked him to send it to whoever makes the implants so they could model my implant after my teeth. The way he reacted wasn't reassuring. Like "Sure, no problem, but I'm not going to do that." I'm pretty sure Dr Norby didn't forward the images as my implants look nothing like my teeth. Small. Looks fake. I hate my smile. Implant is great, but hate how it looks.

Who ever answers the phone there is EXTREMELY rude.

Dr Norby did an awesome job. Him and his staff make you feel very comfortable. I will be referring my friends and family to him. He's very gentle and treats you like your his family member. Very respectful, and doesn't judge you. Dr.Norby thank you so much, you have no idea what you have done for me and how I feel about my self now. I feel like I can smile again and it's been awhile since I've done that!! Keep on making your patience smile!!! ????

Sold a set of dentures the whistle when I talk. Said I'd get use to them but isound like a cartoon caricature. Back to the old set. Major wast of money!
