Let's be honest, I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist so when my old Dentist gave up his practice and it was taken over by Dr Ybanez I wasn't sure what to think but after some major bridge work and other routine and non routine procedures I have to say, I wouldn't go to anyone else. All staff are friendly and helpful and the Doctor does excellent work as painlessly as I've even experienced from a dentist

This was my first and definitely my last visit. Came in for X-ray and cleaning. Maskless individual behind counter. Dentist and assistant weren’t wearing gloves and face shields while making a bloody mess in my mouth. That’s just not what I expected! We’re still in the middle of a global pandemic! There’s plenty of viruses out there that can be transmitted very easily. No hand sanitizer anywhere in office which is unbelievable. I need to repeat that - No hand sanitizer! The lady at the desk said they don’t believe in hand sanitizer because all it does is dries your hands. I told her that hand sanitizer kills germs that’s what it does. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. And hopefully they can update the equipment.

Terrible! Everything from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. I would not recommend this place to any human or dog! The lady at the front desk definitely has issues Definitely not someone I want to ever ever talk to again. Person not wearing a mask the whole time I was there no hand sanitizer available anywhere. No gloves no face shields were worn while making a bloody mess in my mouth. In this pandemic it’s places like this that should be shut down dirty absolutely dirty disgusting

I have been going to Dr. Ybanez for many years and he is always very caring, professional and does good work. You have to be very careful about believing some of these reviews. One on here from 2016 says that the dentist had his child running around the office and the child was watching cartoons. Since I have been going to this dentist for so long, I know both of his children have been grown and in college for at least 2 years. I doubt a 17 or 18 year old was running around his office and he does not have grand kids. I have found his care and craftsmanship to be excellent.

Horrible! I missed one appointment by accident and the receptionist (the dentist's wife) got nasty and freaked out at me over the phone. I was shocked. And the actual dentist was very cold and uncaring during my procedures too, like he didnt want to be there. These two should find another line of work because they are clearly miserable.

I have been going to Dr Ybanez since I moved to the area five years ago. His office is easy to reach and his receptionist, his wife, is very friendly. I have had regular cleanings and caps placed. All of my experiences have been excellent.

Don't go here. I would NEVER go back! Poor, shotty craftsmenship. 7 of the 8 fillings fell out within the first year. My crowns are bulky and not the right color. Also, the dentist and his assistant carried on their own personal conversations over me whilst they were working on my mouth and I felt this was quite rude & unprofessional. If you have Medicaid and live in Cape May County, I recommend going up to Atlantic County where you will find dentists who actually take pride in their work!!!

The Dentist had his child there running around and cartoons were blaring from his office, and the office is dingy and very outdated. I was very disappointed in his craftsmanship of a cap. The cap is noticeably smaller than my other teeth and was very rough. He did not provide Novacain and I asked for it. The receptionist was rude, nasty attitude, and unprofessional. It's a shame because the assistant is the only one who is friendly.
