As my dentist had retired, I followed his recommendation for the dentist that bought him out. The first 20 minutes is spent reviewing slides of awful looking teeth with varying degrees of issues, not something I want to review. The dental hygienist, who appeared to be working on his first patient, refused to complete my cleaning after I asked him to move on from the area he was having issues removing the tartar. I asked twice and was denied. The dentist gave routine exam. I will not return.
