Dr. Daniel Thomas, DDS

I am a long term patient and more than happy with his work and the demeanor of the people that work there. The only thing I would change is make him the only dentist I see. I can’t explain adequately how satisfied I am with their office!

I have been seeing Dr. Thomas for about 15 years, four times a year for cleaning and also any other work I have needed done. He explains everything completely, has excellent staff, and the receptionist and bill collectors are wonderful people. I would never go to another Periodontist.

I tried to give the staff the benefit of of doubt, I really do like Dr. Thomas, but I've had more than 3 times had issues with his staff. I was once charged over $700.00 with an unexpected bill, which they did not calculate correctly. Another issue I was called to come in the office early, after arriving I was informed I was too late. I had to come back later that day, and another incident. I had surgery and went to get the stitches removed, after leaving I noticed they did not remove all the stitches. I had to return to the office to let them know they were not removed. I must say I am satisfied with Dr. Thomas's work, but I can not afford to keep getting billed for these extra payments. I did pay the $700.00 for the first bill, but I refuse to pay for the cancelled visits, which I did call to cancel. What really set me off was when I requested to speak to someone whom I could discuss this matter with. I was placed on hold and never received a return call. Still no return call.

Dr. Dan Thomas is good, knowledgeable and does great work. The practice is very nice and staff are superb.

RUDE! He talks down to people and has zero patience.

3 visits and no work done on my teeth or prices or anything. But he did manage to collect $700 plus worth of x-rays out of my pocket cash. Glad we could help pay for your nice machines... I had to retrieve my x-rays from 2 different locations and go to a real dentist who cares.
