Dr Riley is a friendly upbeat cool person. He works to make you comfortable during your time in his chair. Today he had a time crunch so instead of my appointment lasting 1:30. I was there for over three hours. He accommodated me by sharing his lunch with me also gift cards to a popular establishment. He was very apologetic. That is who he is.

I'm picky about dentists and my oral health. I've been with New Heights for 2 years now. Dr. Riley, Chanda, and the entire staff are friendly, meticulous, and and completely up-to-date on dental technology and practices. It's obvious that the team takes great pride in their work. The facility is clean and modern, and Dr. Riley is thorough in his explanations. He is transparent and never pushy about necessary or recommended procedures. I highly recommend New Heights Dental.

Very friendly staff and very attentive. Dr. Riley has always welcomed me with a big smile and a warm hand shake. All my questions were answered before my procedure (crown). The tech (Johnathan) that made my crown was extremely friendly and proud of his work. He made sure I was happy with the fit and color.

I was a new patient, Dr. Riley spent maybe 2 mins max w/ me, stated over & over I have beautiful teeth, then extremely VAGUELY referenced the need of a "protection filling" (I've never had a cavity in my life) He said the insurance paperwork would state "sedation & filling of a cavity"(!!) but he assured me "it wasn't a cavity" & I shouldn't be alarmed by this. I got a 2nd opinion from my family dentist who COMPLETELY disagreed & said whoever told me this was shiesty & completely untrustworthy.

New to San Antonio I was a bit anxious about finding a new dentist. I was lucky to get a referral to Dr. Riley. I had several issues including the need to have three crowns. The appointment was made and all 3 permanent crowns were done in one visit. I have never had such an easy and no pressure affordable dental experience. Awesome staff....Awesome experience. I highly recommend Dr. Riley at New Heights Dental to anyone, especially those with anxiety in seeing a dentist.

Dr. Riley and his staff were wonderful. Always with a smile on their faces. They took very good care of me. Dr. Riley is an excellent dentist.
