Dr. Daniel Pichler, DDS

I’ve been seeing Dr. Pichler for years. My entire family goes to him. He’s done everything from implants on my dad, to cavities and crowns for my brother and I. Typically, I cannot stand going to the dentist. I’m sure most can relate. However, Dr. Pichler and his staff always make me feel welcome - and the job is ALWAYS done right. I’ve noticed Dr. Pichler is adamant that his hygienists assist him in the best way possible no matter how big or small the procedure is. I have trouble getting numb, due to high tolerance for Novocain ... in the past I’ve had dentists get upset about that. Not Dr. Pichler. He consistently makes sure that I am totally comfortable and pain free during my visits requiring local anesthetic. I’d like to add that he also has great bedside manner; very calm and laid back guy, but he gets the job done. I highly recommend Dr. Pichler to anyone - and especially to those who get anxiety when going to the dentist.

Watch out and get EVERYTHING in writing! Dr Pichler's office likes to quote you a price for a procedure and then they double charge. My recent cleaning was "free" with insurance and then you get a bill in the mail? For what? They never said that an xray (which is free with cleanings btw) that they charge extra on top of what insurance pays. A family member had a crown and was quoted a price but after paying the price of $1,060 in cash they still continue to mail out a bill wanting another few hundred dollars. He is a greedy old dentist who charges the insurance company more then procedures should cost as well. Dr Pichler DID NOT even numb the tooth before putting on the new crown, he just plopped it on causing pain! Rude, rude, receptionist who has not clue how to deal with people or how to manage billing. She mailed out a bill for$228 with NO explination of what the bill is for. The insurance said the cleaning was FREE!! They are incompetent!! Do NOT GO HERE!!

I have been coming to Dr. Pichler's dental office for about 2 years. The office staff is very kind and courteous. Dr. Pichler is incredibly helpful, thorough and informative. I also want to give a big praise to the new hygienist they have - best cleaning's I've ever had! ...highly recommended to my family and friends!!!
