Just not what they used to be. Have seen Dr. McDowell for well over 20 years and he and his staff were always excellent. Sadly, in my last couple of visits, I found that the courtesy, professionalism and quality of work have suffered greatly. I give him two stars instead of just one only because of my past experiences--I am disappointed that this has happened to their practice, but have found another dentist to take care of me.
