The only problem I had this last visit was the wait time of 40 minutes for a cleaning. Considering how much they overkill you with emails and text messages about the the appointment, I was upset on the wait time.

Dr. Hwang is very thorough and kind. I love how they create a treatment plan and expkain in detail each treatment and why they feel you need it. They also provide information on how much your dental insurance covers and what your out of pocket cost would beforehand so that you can make the best financial decision and plan your treatments accordingly. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful.
