Dr. Freeman and his team were great! First visit to the dentist ever for my daughter and she was a champ. They made her feel comfortable and she left in no pain. Great team !

All of the staff are wonderful and so welcoming from the ladies in the front office, to Ms. Sam (and the other hygienists), to Dr. Freeman. My 3 year old daughter has been to this office 3 times now, and each experience has been great and very positive, which makes this Momma very happy! I would definitely recommend this dental office to all!

He is very personable and has a fantastic staff. They always make my daughter feel very comfortable. They also respect your time. I had an issue with my insurance company. Dr. Freeman and one of his fantastic staff members. Went beyond the Call of Duty to help assist me with my issues. The staff and Dr Freeman are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and makes fantastic recommendation.

My kids have been going here for over 6 years since I moved to Memphis and I would trust no other dentist. The staff along with Dr. Freeman are absolutely wonderful. They are great with the kids and make things easy to understand. The billing department is excellent as well because that alone will make you not attend if your bill is not accurate at each visit. My son is 9 and he actually looks forward to going to the dentist which is helpful to me. Thank you Dr. Freeman and Staff

We always have the most incredible experience! I have 4 kids and they all love going to the dentist! We are there pretty often since my 8 yr old has braces and they always treat my kids like family! They are so laid back and aren't bothered by the chaos of four kids (especially my 2 yr old wild child). I never wait in the waiting room longer than 5 mins and they get us in and out quickly. Can't say enough positive things about the staff or Dr Freeman - they all clearly love what they do!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Freeman for your kids dental needs! Both of my kids go there and love it! I have a 4 year old boy that had a bad experience at our previous pediatric dentist office and I thought I would never be able to get him in another dentist office again. That was until we walked into Dr. Freeman's office. Very friendly staff & very clean, sanitized office! We drive all the way from Somerville, Tn to see Dr.Freeman & every experience is great! Love the toy wall too! :)

My son had a wonderful experience with the dentist and his staff. My son is 4 years old scared about dental work. his staff made it so easy for him and fun. This doctor is great with kids. I'm very pleased and happy I found this place. All the ladies in the office are delightful.

My son was with Dr. Freeman for 14 years and in this 14 years and at least 30 appointments and hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent, we have probably cancelled 5 times in 14 years sometimes with hours notice sometimes with less. Each time, we are charged $50 so I have paid hundreds in late fees. One would think that patients would have the courtesy of at the least one missed appointment a year. This is not the case here. Business is business-no exceptions.
