Dr. Daniel Dozier, DDS

In November 2019, I went to this office because I had a sore tooth. After his staff doing all kind of tests and x-ray on that tooth, Dr. Dozier told me that I had to go to the Orthodontist office on 3427 Deer Park Dr Ste A Stockton to have a root canal done because that office had the expertise. He also told me that the other dentist office would expect me. So, I went to that office, and the same tests and x-ray were run as at Dr. Dozier's office. Then, I was told how much it would cost me, and I agreed with the amount. When the treatment of the root canal was done, I paid off that inquired amount. What I wasn't told was that both dentist offices charged me for the same tests and x-ray for the same & only tooth. Thus, my insurance only paid Dr. Dozier's office for those tests and x-ray, but not Dr. Doreen's office. Now, I had to pay $157 for Dr. Doreen's office for those tests and x-ray because Dr. Dozier wanted to get paid for something he didn't provide the treatment.

Dr. Dozier is the best ! My wife and I have been going to Dr. Dozier for many years (and my mom and dad). We live in Walnut Creek but it's worth the long drive to Stockton. He explains everything clearly, step by step and his office staff and the dental hygenests are really nice.
