He was a good dentist while I had good insurance, I guess.. but now I'm out of work, and paid $700 out of pocket for 2 cleaning/exam visits, for me and my wife. That money was supposed to cover 4 visits (2 each) over a 12-month period, per their pre-paid customer loyalty plan.. but because of the pandemic, we were a couple months past that 12 month window, and they refused to offer any flexibility on that or refund any portion of my payment.. or even offer a discount going forward for prepaying the next 2 visits. So, now it seems I'm a couple hundred dollars poorer, and wiser, and searching for a new dentist.
