When my daughter was distraught in the dentist chair, he told her that he would just pull her tooth if she didn't let him finish. When my son was in for an extraction, he said he could feel it; however, Dr. Ross continued to pull the tooth out. My son was crying. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
