I used to see this dentist and had a pretty decent history w them. Right around the pandemic everything changed and the whole staff left or got fired or who knows. I don’t know if it was under new management or what but it didn’t feel like the friendly place I remembered. I found another dentist.

This practice has gone down hill over the last two years. I used to love coming here because i knew everyone and they knew me. The manager lady knew my name, the assistant knew me, the hygienist. They were all so friendly and they have ALL left. The front ladies seemed confused about my payment, messed up my bill, and Had never sent me any statement from Feb just waited until I came in to spring and extra $40 on me. The dentist kept me waiting 30 minutes and the assistant never came to check in. When she did come in she seemed out of it and didn’t remember what side they were doing and my numbing stuff had worn off. I was there for 2 cavities! I didn’t feel valued at all. One of my fillings fell OUT. I am not going back.

This is a cosmetic dentistry. If you're looking to have extensive work recommended and pushed on you every time you visit the dentist, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend seeking more experienced conservative options.
