I highly recommend her for anyone seeking excellent dental care for their children. The clinic also provides a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Negligence, fraud, zero bedside manner and customer service that makes you more angry are all things you should expect from Dr. Daisy Le Bona and her office manager Angelica Dones at Great Expressions Coral Gables. They can anesthetize your child, drill and fill their little baby teeth for cavities, (that they don’t even have) and charge you $1,000 faster than they can email your records to another dentist for a 2nd opinion or even return a phone call or email. And if you’re interested in a 2nd opinion, expect to get a letter from Dr. Daisy Le Bona telling you that she’ll no longer treat you. Suspiciously incriminating. Trying to get the dental records transferred to another dentist for a 2nd opinion was a nightmare. And once I got that 2nd opinion, I understood why: MY DAUGHTHER DIDN’T HAVE ANY CAVITIES THAT NEEDED FILLING!

Always curtious and friendly toward my children. They are special needs kids and the Doctor and Assistants are always kind and understanding with them.

2 hours wait, and it wasn’t the first time, they’re answer was: we work with kids, well you should work on your window timing when scheduling appointments taking in consideration that yes, you work with kids and parents have to go to work, this wasn’t because of the pandemic this has happened many other times before, im so frustrated and done with this place

Terrible! I took my 8 yrs old daugter to see this doctor as her new mollars were crumbeling as soon as they appeared. I saved the crumbeling teeth parts and took them to show her. She told us she had absolutely no idea what they were and what caused the crumbelling and anything. She said they are may be left over food :)) I still have them and they are solid bones. She couldn't have any idea about an 8 years old teeth. I believe she has very poor knowledge, understanding and interest in her job.
