Do not listen to any good reviews of this place....take heed to the 1 star reviews. My experience today was unimaginable. The staff is very rude and disorganized. They have "policies" that need to be followed, but never explained on the phone prior to making an appointment, or I would have never made the appointment and wasted my time. My child has been to two previous dentists already and had not one, but two X-rays done at both offices. He was referred out for dental work and this was the only place I could get into. I explained to the lady on the phone all of this and even said I would have the X-rays faxed over. I get there and am told only one person allowed back..the dental assistant got an attitude with me when I asked her how come I wasn't told this before prior to coming. We were there for a consultation, but she quickly interrupts me to tell me "it's just a cleaning why do both parents need to go back". Mind you, this is all while still in the waiting area.
