Excellent experience!
I went to Dorion & Associates for periodontal surgery, feeling totally terrified and nervous; Dr. Ramundo immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured. She and her assistant, Erica, did a masterful job with my surgery, explaining every step of the procedure, and their kindness, patience, and caring were phenomenal. This is the best dental practice I have ever worked with.

A good dentist is easy to find but good customer service is another thing. I was getting a service done which cost $500.00 but after paying which is required before they will help you I was told they changed there mind and they would not do that specific procedure so instead of giving me my money back I have to wait for it and they would send me a check which has now been two months. When I call the office I’m told they will check and call me but no one ever does.what a terrible way to run a business
