Great experience!
She listened to all of my concerns, gave me pros and cons to the each option for treatment and took the time to make sure I understood everything. The dentist is an intimidating place for me and she really helped me feel informed. The rest of the staff was also very nice and professional. Answered all my questions.

She was divine her treatment was so professional
Doctor RUAN COZY WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND SO GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES, VERY GOOD SERVICE I DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE I LOVE HER PRACTICE I WILL GO BACK THERE ALL THE TIME.

Second opinion for dental work
I visited to verify a treatment plan from another dentist. She was very professional as were all people working in the office and I left assured of my next steps

I was very disappointed to be charged $350 for a service that I explicitly stated that I did NOT want. The service is to the sole benefit of the provider, but I had to pay for it after telling her I did not want it. I am not happy, I feel completely dismissed and ignored, and very uncomfortable continuing to have work done here.
