It’s not the Dentists, it’s the support staff.From the guy at the front desk who mocked my disability… to the office manager who told me insurance covered a procedure then hit me with a $4000 bill because they filed the insurance paperwork wrong (and told me “my plan doesn’t cover bridges” although it did)… to the COO who refused to respond to a single message… The administration of Todays Dental is irresponsibly chaotic.Despite repeatedly telling them that I was in pain and needed an appointment ASAP they stalled for months. The COO made clear that they intended to charge me the full $4000 caused by THEIR error if insurance denied the claim because THEY filed late. They wouldn’t let me pay out of pocket, but refused to take me out of collections. They offered zero apologies and continued to treat me as if THEIR error was MY fault.I’m sure Dr. Molettiere is a fine dentist but frequent administrative errors means you can be refused emergency care, double-charged, and disrespected.

I have been seeing Dr M for a few years now and I am so glad she is my dentist! She is professional, understanding, and attentive. Her team is also amazing.

AWESOME! AwEsOmE! AWEsome!!!! Dr. Molettiere is phenomenal!!! I had a problematic crown from another dentist and asked her about it during a previous visit. She explained they make crowns in-house using a 3D printer and a replacement could be done in 1.5 hours. I came in a week later for the crown replacement and was THRILLED at how quick, gentle and painless the entire procedure was!!! I didn't feel the numbing shot, or anything else during the procedure. The staff is friendly and efficient. Patient comfort and experience are their top priority. I am beyond happy with the service at Today's Dental - Elkhorn!
